21+. 9pm. $5 January 13, 2012 Drew Thilmany - Dear My Family & Friends "Dear My Family & Friends" is an album self-released back in April by our buddy Drew Thilmany. A few years in the making, now a limited edition of 150 CDs with hand-printed sleeves and discs and are totally finished and available in our distro page for just $5. We've got this one streaming on our Bandcamp page as well, which we just totally re-worked and updated with links to a lot of great LOI-affiliated records.
New releases from Fuzzy Hell, Pasha, LOI Comp vol. 3 tape and others are well in the works.. Jam all this other great stuff 'til then!

Very excited to announce the release of our latest project, an 8-song cassette by Long Island's Luke Holstein. These tracks were recorded live to tape a year or so ago and then dusted off and brought back to life. Now a limited edition of 50 pro-printed, hand-dubbed blue/yellow cassettes in screenprinted cases with Luke's dog on the front. We only have 25, so stream this and grab one quick for $5 in the mailorder!

October 23, 2011 NEW IN THE STORE: "Coffee Is Dead" by Neato Fleets
Our latest release, "Coffee Is Dead" by Neato Fleets is now available! This is a limited edition pressing of 50 cassettes and will be the last release by Neato Fleets, solo-project of Frances Chang (also of Giant Peach). We are super proud of this tape, it features 10 tracks recorded over the past few years and comes on pro-printed green/neon pink cassettes with full-color insert. These look great and are up for streaming/available for $5 in the mailorder!

Excuse our lack of updates, here's what we are working on this fall:
In production right now is "Coffee Is Dead", a cassette of 10 songs spanning the past few years by Neato Fleets. This is a reiusse of a tape from Responsible Records w/ 2 bonus tracks and totally new, pro-printed awesome artwork. Get psyched about this one, it sounds great!
We'll be doing a cassette of brand-new material by Punks On Mars hopefully very soon! This will be a split release with Ratgum Records.
Also in the works is our 3rd comp tape, this time featuring unreleased/demo stuff from NY-based bands including Nude Beach, Screen House Music, Brian Chaudhry, Stars Are Insane, Pure Joy, Greg Baker, CH-Rom, Fuzzy Hell, Haircut, Giant Peach, InkMouth, Punks On Mars + a bunch more.. we are excited to work more on this one, no doubt it will look sweet when finished.
Last but not least, a new 7" from Giant Peach is in the near future. This will be a split release with Rok Lok Records.

Rok Lok Records presents a sweet show tomorrow night!
Evan over at One Thirty BPM posted a sweet, long interview with Life On an Island!..this is a new feature of their site in which they take a look at up-and-coming independent record labels, and we were lucky enough to be asked for the premiere installment!
We now have CD versions of Giant Peach's new EP entitled "People Don't Believe Me" - in all its digital glory! these have all different artwork than the split tape version and are packaged in a sweet pro-printed, full-color sleeve with lyrics on back.. limited to 100, and even come shrink-wrapped!
